The monthly fee covers up to 3 bookings of 1 Hour interpreter assignment either in Person or Online Service, requested within the 12 months of the agreement duration for bookings requested with more than 2-hour notice for the In Person Service and 10 minutes notice for the Online Services. A secondary rate must be selected as a “rate to follow” in case the times go over the one-hour request.  if the In Person assignment passes the 1 Hour assignment that is covered by monthly fee, then IAIS will apply the secondary rate that the client chose.  Example:  IF the secondary rate the client chose was the One-hour rate package plan then (ONE HOUR ADDITIONAL RATE) will be applied depending on how long the assignment went passed the one-hour reservation. (Please see the In Person Rates Below). If the Online assignment passes the one-hour agreement (ONLINE SERVICE Additional Rate) will be applied (Please see the online rates below)
